What this stage taught her

Core insight.

This stage brought together the recurring strands of her journey: observing children, testing ideas through practice, designing curriculum, and preparing educators. Her continuing aim is to make learning with understanding, confidence, and joy accessible within everyday education.

Practice and learning

Inside this chapter.

A framework for everyday classrooms

The school network provided her with a unique platform to translate educational vision into classroom practice through curriculum development, teacher training, and learning-system design. During this period, she formally developed and implemented the Mavericks Learning Approach, an exclusive classroom implementation process created for Sri Chaitanya. It functions as the classroom-level expression of Prapoorna Neurovidya, the parent educational ecosystem, translating its philosophy and principles into practical teaching and learning experiences.

Preparing educators

Her work on Mavericks connected years of direct experience with children to the task of preparing lessons and supporting teachers and academic teams across campuses. The emphasis moved from an individual programme towards practices that teachers could use within the school day.

Bringing students together

She also designed and organised four world record events. The 2024 record involved more than 10,000 students across 20 states and received recognition from the World Book of Records, London.

Curriculum and learning resources.

Meera Series and Arya Series

Pushpa Valli served as lead editor and content architect for the Meera Series and Arya Series, covering kindergarten through Grade 10. These learning resources were designed to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and the application of knowledge in everyday life.

She also played a pivotal role as the key applicant for copyright registration of both textbook series under Sri Chaitanya’s name, helping safeguard the institution’s educational resources.

Teachers and academic leadership

Her work has included designing curriculum, training teachers, and building learning systems. As Chief of Academics, she oversees the academic journey of more than 100,000 students across India.

Student voice

She conceptualised and led a TEDx event organised by students at Sri Chaitanya's Miyapur campus, giving them a platform to express ideas, creativity, and leadership.
